COVID-19 UPDATE: A Message to Our Clients

Animal Medical Hospital Family,

We have decided to open up in phases. Phase One will begin on 6/7/2021. We are going to require masks to be worn regardless of your vaccination status. This decision was made because it is what makes our team feel most comfortable and we would like to continue to put the safety of our community and team first. Due to the size of our exam rooms, we are also only allowing one person per appointment at this time. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.

FOR GENERAL PRACTICE APPOINTMENTS:

  1. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. All late appointments may be subject to rescheduling.
  2. After you park in our front parking lot, please remain in your vehicle and call 704-334-4684 to check in.
  3. A team member will meet you at your vehicle to collect your pet and return non-essential personal belongings (leashes). Please stay parked.
  4. Communication:
    1. In Person: You will speak with the doctor/medical team in person.
    2. Curbside: The doctor/medical team will occur by phone before and after your pet's examination or therapy.
  5. Financial transactions and any necessary paperwork:
    1. In Person: These will be completed in person with your treatment team.
    2. Curbside: This will be handled over the phone for those who choose to remain curbside.
  6. If you remained curbside, a team member will return your pet to your vehicle, along with any medications and/or supplies.
