Veterinary Assistant

Veterinary Assistants work closely with our veterinarians and assist them throughout the day with patients and cases. Veterinary Assistants help educate clients on responsible pet care. They ensure each pet receives all service and treatment recommendations accurately and in an efficient and timely manner.

Veterinary Technician

Technicians work closely with our veterinarians and assist them throughout the day with patients and cases. They provide nursing care to our hospitalized and special needs patients. Technicians help educate clients on responsible pet care. Ensure each pet receives all doctor recommendations correctly and in an efficient and timely manner.

Client Service Associates

Client Service Associates (CSA) are the initial point of contact with clients. Their main role is to build rapport with pet owners and assist them with their various needs. CSAs perform clerical duties related to animal patient care and treatment, including performing record keeping duties and maintaining patient and client information. CSAs act as a liaison between clients and the hospital team. They provide friendly and compassionate service to our clients, and are the representation of the AMH brand.

Pet Counselors

Our Pet Counselors take care of the many dogs and cats we welcome as our guests at Camp AMH. Care includes walking, feeding, talking to, and playing with them every day per their owners' requests. Pet Counselors keep a close watch on all pets and notify a veterinarian if a pet seems to be having a problem. Pet Counselors also ensure that our boarding suites and areas are clean, orderly, and properly maintained.
