Dr. Natalie Allers was born in Derbyshire, England. She moved to London to complete her Bachelors in Veterinary Medicine where she met her husband.
After completion of her degree, she got selected for a position within the UK's largest charity practice, the PDSA, for a yearlong graduate program. Dr. Allers found charity work extremely rewarding, learning the magnitude of how important the human-animal bond is for so many people. She hopes to be able to work with some local charities in the future.
Dr. Allers then moved the Manchester to work for a large referral and emergency hospital, where she gained her interest in Critical care medicine. She relished the opportunity to work alongside many specialists, gaining wisdom from their experience in many different medical fields.
Dr. Allers has only recently made the move over to the United States, with her husband who is from Upstate New York. They decided there was enough bad weather in England and settled on Charlotte to lay down their roots. Nothing is more important to Dr, Allers than her family, and despite the distance, are closer than ever. Outside of work Dr. Allers enjoys yoga, hiking and spends many hours working towards her certification in Internal Medicine.
"Thank you’ truly doesn’t come close to saying enough! We know that it is only because of your amazing doctors and techs (and maybe some divine intervention) that our puppy has made a full recovery!"
